Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

4.1 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be in their original, unopened packaging
  • Be in the same condition as when received
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period

4.2 Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost of returning goods is estimated at a maximum of approximately €10, depending on the shipping method you choose.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You may not withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

  • If the goods have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • If the goods have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
  • If the goods have been damaged due to your handling

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Replace the defective product at no cost to you
  • Refund the full purchase price if replacement is not possible
  • Cover all return shipping costs for defective products

7. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

9. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
